That's the advice from Pipie Soeyoto, an agriculture graduate who "swerved" to his bag-making and delivery service. Who would have thought his business is finally growing rapidly and support thousands of employees.
That was the beginning of the establishment of PT Huda Rachma Grupindo (HRG). Huda and Rachma is the name Pipie sons and daughters, who then maketh a home-scale purse-making business in 1992.
At first, Pipie had never thought to be an entrepreneur like that. After studying at the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Eleven Maret Surakarta (UNS), Central Java, Pipie choose to find jobs by applying for various companies. Pipie waiting six months of work, but everything was nil.

Because of tired waiting for the call of work that never arrived, he was desperate to start a business. Fortunately, the intention is fully supported by the people closest to include his family. From the garage of his house, then began serving Pipie making bags. Capital is only two units of sewing machines, even new employees three people.

"We who hold the start of his bag for delivery, bike, and strength for fast food delivery," explained Pipie, who now lives in the complex The Green, one of the elite area in BSD City, Serpong.
Pipie business is now not only serves the Jakarta area. He has penetrated to Surabaya and Malang in East Java, Solo in Central Java, to Yogyakarta. Turnover per month from his business was not playing games, can reach billions of dollars!
"In each of our branches in other cities, we've got their own offices. Next we project in Bali, Bandung, as other areas," added the mother of three children. "Until now, we've got a thousand employees and branches in other regions."
Pipie also had tried other businesses. Once, he tried his fortune by building a cafe in the rest area of Jakarta-Cikampek toll. "Before I had time to open the cafe at the rest area Cikampek toll, now there's Starbucks. But yes so, because it's not my world, yes finally ended," her story.
Feels his luck is in the manufacture of bags and delivery service, Pipie reluctant glance at other businesses. Now everyday he was busy in his office that also serves as a factory. This office is newly built in 2002 or ten years since he started the business. "In this factory, all I keep an eye on the process, from material selection, color selection, to the recruitment officer, I deal with," said Pipie.
On working hours, Pipie always in the office during working hours. Pipie participate in supervising and taking care of themselves all the affairs of the office. "Unless there is another meeting, I certainly was outside," explained a woman born in Solo ayu.
Pipie already feel how the hope and dream of becoming entrepreneurs have been reached. To others who want to plunge in the business world, Pipie suggested that not afraid to try. "The important thing is do not be afraid to dream to become successful. And, most importantly we must remain obedient to the Lord, so that we can provide the best for our neighbor," he concluded.
